Tess's Profile: Tess studied at the Alexander Technique Training School in Galway, under the tutelage of Richard Brennan from 2001-2004.
She runs a private practice in Colligan, Dungarvan.
She became interested in the technique as a result of serious back injuries and has a special interest in how applying the principals of the technique can help alleviate, and often overcome, back problems.
She worked for over twenty years as a primary school teacher and would like to see the technique brought to the awareness of educators.
She is also keenly interested in applying the Alexander Technique to enhance sports performance - in particular, golf.
Tess is currently studying for a degree in Kinesiology. |
