The aim of this course is to give the participants an introduction to the Alexander
Technique. Each student will have a chance to receive some individual hands-on
work from the teacher. There will also be group activities in which the
principles of the Alexander Technique will be explored, as well as periods of
guided relaxation.
Wear warm, loose, comfortable clothing for moving around in,
and bring six thin paperback books. |
