Welcome to the ISATT website!

SPECIAL EVENT: Neuroscience and the Alexander Technique, Tuscany, 14th - 21st August 2010

ISATT was created in 2004 to promote and advance F. M. Alexander's work in Ireland. We aim to provide information and resources to members of the public and press who wish to learn more about the Technique, to create a forum for the continuous professional development of Alexander teachers based here, and to provide support for students on recognised teacher training courses.

In the last five years the number of Alexander teachers in Ireland has quadrupled. The Alexander Technique is fast gaining the recognition it deserves for its outstanding contribution to human health education.

ISATT is the only Irish-based Alexander Technique Society and is recognised by Alexander Technique International (ATI). Many of its members are also members of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
